Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partnerji has grown from a small practice of attorneys led by Marjan Colja and Aleš Rojs in the eighties to become one of the largest law firms in Slovenia specializing in business and commercial law. As business lawyers, we are able to provide a broad range of legal consultation, advisory services and experienced guidance to both local and foreign clients.
We have long stood at the forefront of legal developments in Slovenia. From 1991, the year Slovenia gained its independence, we have been involved in an array of large business transactions in the country, including direct investments, takeovers and portfolio investments. We have advised a number of business transactions in the other former countries of Yugoslavia. In the beginning of 2003, we opened an office in Belgrade.
